Full time Chef

Classic country pub with a proud history and big ambitions. We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who knows their way around hearty British pub classics but isn’t afraid to plate them with a modern twist.

This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to shape the future of a destination pub, craft a crowd-pleasing menu, and lead a small, tight-knit kitchen team.

We’re looking for someone who:
   •    Has bags of experience in a  kitchen
   •    Can design and deliver a reliable, seasonal menu (think proper pies, slow roasts, and reimagined classics)
   •    Takes pride in training and leading a team
   •    Knows how to run a clean, efficient kitchen with cost controls and consistency
   •    Cares about sourcing local, doing things right, and creating a warm pub experience
